Methodology
Data source
FEHD restaurant licences from DATA.GOV.HK, refreshed daily at 9:00 a.m. HKT. The picker loads all licensed restaurants in the dataset (currently thousands of records).
Randomization
We filter by your selections, exclude blocked records, then uniformly random-pick three restaurants. With no filters, picks can come from the full licence list. Reshuffle avoids immediate repeats when possible. Featured curated records may be preferred when product filters are active.
Enrichment
Curated tags are hand-edited with original short reasons. Inferred tags come from official licence fields (e.g. licence type, FEHD info codes). Auto-tagged entries use name heuristics. Untagged restaurants can still appear when you pick by district only.
Geocoding
Walk-near / walk-distance filtering uses cached address geocoding; coverage grows as the pipeline runs. User location for walk-near stays in the browser and is never stored in URLs.
Limits
Tags are guides, not official classifications. Geocoding coverage is incomplete, so some addresses cannot join walk-near filtering yet. Always verify opening hours and details before visiting.

DATA.GOV.HK 食環署食肆牌照，每日上午九時更新。選餐器會載入數據集內所有持牌食肆。
隨機邏輯（Randomization）
按你嘅篩選過濾，排除封鎖記錄，再均勻隨機抽三間；唔設篩選時可從全數牌照中抽取；再揀過會盡量避免即刻重複。啟用產品篩選時，可能優先顯示有編輯標籤嘅精選餐廳。
Enrichment（編輯標籤）
編輯標籤為人工整理並附原創簡短理由；推斷標籤來自官方牌照欄位；自動標籤按餐廳名稱規則產生。未標籤餐廳仍可在只選地區時出現。
地理編碼（Geocoding）
步行距離篩選使用快取地址座標，覆蓋率會隨數據管道更新而增加。步行篩選嘅用戶位置只留喺瀏覽器，唔會寫入網址。
限制
標籤只供參考，唔係官方分類。地理編碼覆蓋未完整，部分地址暫時未能參與步行篩選。出發前請自行核實營業時間同詳情。
